Weprovide social & development opportunities to adults with complex additional needs, across Liverpool.
We are a true grass roots organisation. Our service is ran by its members, their families and carers. The organisation was founded in 2016 by Jenny, who has a learning difficulty and her mum, both are still highly active at the Vibe.
Our aim is to fill the gaps left by existing services across our city. Our programme is person-centred and tailored around an individuals needs, offering a complete wrap around provision. Our youngest member is 21 and our eldest is 75.
Our group is very diverse and our members have a vast range of physical and learning difficulties.
We have grown from running a monthly disco, 2016, to offering sessions every day, even during lockdown.
We have a robust timetable of activities and as restrictions are lifted we will resume our disco’s, social evenings and swim club. Our organisation is a valuable resource in the community, providing activities that support its members mental health and well-being.
